It’s that time again, Inland Empire Boot Camp is heading back to Sedona for another Skinny Vacation and we want you to come with us!

What is Skinny Vacations? Well I’m glad you asked. “Skinny Vacations” is where we get to take our boot camp on the road. It will be one of the best vacations of your life and to top it off you will come back skinnier then when you left, guaranteed! No, we aren’t going to starve you, in fact you’ll probably be begging us to stop feeding you (every 3-4 hours, that’s our rule). This is a fast paced vacation, with loads of activities, and lots of healthy and delicious food. So if you’re not a fun, upbeat, full of energy and ready for fun, kind of person, then this trip would not be for you. But if you are, then don’t hesitate to sign up our last trip sold out in just 1 week! 
If you have never been to Sedona, you’re missing one of the most beautiful places in the world, the picturesque landscape is perfect for hiking, and its right in our backyard. On the other hand if you have been there, most people have missed the true magic of Sedona because they just drove right through. Come truly experience Sedona with us. What should you expect? Be prepared for lots of hiking, a little boot camp, daily yoga, lots of food, lots of beauty and a life changing experience or two.
